If no email has been registered, please ensure that the email address used contains your full name as it appears in the court case caption. Due to the continuing pandemic, we are not yet providing file review services at this time.

Welcome to the Family Law Facilitator's Office e-Correspondence System
The Family Law Facilitator's Office is available to provide procedural assistance
in routine family law matters to individuals who are representing themselves in a case
before the Sacramento Superior Court. This system is also used to request an appointment for the
One Day Divorce program.
The Family Law Facilitator's Office e-Correspondence System allows eligible court users to securely correspond with the
Sacramento Superior Court to get answers to questions pertaining to your family support, domestic violence, family law or probate guardianship case.
If you would like to use this system, you must first
register
with us. During the registration process, you will be required to provide
an email address where we can contact you.
